What it means
RESUNAVAIL appears with dynamic routing of distributed program links. The target region reports that a resource the program needs is unavailable. IBM notes the mirror sees it rather than the application.
The dynamic routing program is called again so it can choose another region.
Typical causes
- A file, queue or other resource is not available in the chosen target region.
- The target region is not fully set up for the program.
How to fix it
- Check the resources in the target region the request was routed to.
- Review the dynamic routing program's choices.
- Make sure all target regions have the needed resources.
